I used Tweak Freak (http://home.comcast.net/~jeff.ulicny/software/ utils.html), but I believe there are a number of apps that do it, including Tinkertool as Malcolm suggested.

There's also a Terminal command; it'll be somewhere on macosxhints.com I expect.
