I am utterly fed up with this list and its pernickety filtering system.
I have attempted to send a message five times and each time it comes
back with:
Failed to deliver to '<[email protected]>'
LIST module(list mac-uk) reports:
Your message cannot be posted.
It is composed using the 'windows-1252' character set,
and this list accepts ISO-8859-1 only
I wanted to quote a small section of text from the following web site,
which I thought might be generally useful and was relevant to Tim's
helpful response:

I even went to the length of copying the entire message, pasting it
into text edit, selecting it all, converting it to plain text, saving
it, copying it and pasting it back into Mail. I even took out all the
en dashes and replaced them with hyphens; I could find nothing else
which conceivably might have been from another character set. Why I
only have this problem (constantly) with this list I have no idea but
it is driving me NUTS!
OK - rant over.

My daughter stayed up until 0630 rebuilding her entire music collection
after salvaging it from her iPod. It was not clear from the Senuti appl
how to simply restore the whole thing, playlists and all but apparently
it can do. I would be interested to know if anyone else masters this
skill, for future reference :0]
