Greetings all. As a direct result of Roger's post last week which offered a Powerbook for sale, I'm now in a position to sell something myself.

Yes, I bought the Powerbook and now have no need for the Mac mini I purchased earlier this year. Like Roger, I thought it was worth offering it to you lot before diving into the bedlam that is eBay.

The machine is in excellent condition, has no faults or problems. The only reason for selling is that this nice new Powerbook does everything I need; the mini is lovely but I can't justify keeping it around.

Specs: 1.42GHz processor, 80GB hard disk, 1GB RAM (a gig of memory makes it very swift indeed), built-in Airport Extreme card.

A brand new machine bought from Apple Store UK today would cost you 559 quid; I'll sell for 400.

Mail me offlist if you're interested.
