You need to have built-in Bluetooth or a supported adapter (D-Link DBT-120) and the firmware needs to be updated (version 1.2) but after that, pairing a bt headset is totally straightforward. The firmware update adds a headset option in the Bluetooth setup menu. I use a very cheap AMB-02 headset from mymemory.co.uk and it works flawlessly with Skype, iChat etc. on my Pismo + D-Link adapter running 10.4.3.
