I second the praises to Telewest. I'm with them since less than a year, and my monthly £14.99 fee has bought me 256kb, bumped to 512kb in May and to 2Mb just recently. This is all uncapped. There was also no installation fee and techs/engineers followed to the line all my instructions for installation (to minimise impact on the house). No setup was necessary, just plugged my router to their cable-modem and I was up and running. I've come across no more than a couple of hours downtime durign this year, in a single instance.
Support line is 'manned', you actually talk to people, they are kind, useful and do know what a mac is. That's my experience. cheers, gianfranco > I use the Telewest 4mbit service (which started off at 512k 5 years > ago!) for £25 a month.
