I really fancy one of these little machines to stick on my network...
in terms of what you can/cannot do on these...can you use an imap mail client?
If anyone out there has one they would like to see go to a good home in return
for some sort of contribution, please let me know.
My knowledge of pre powerpc macs and pre os9 is very poor indeed.

Used my 1987 Mac II today for a couple of little (but real!) jobs.
You can ethernet it with an NuBus card. Used to use 6.0.5 but now it's on
7.1 - does that make me a heretic?
