I thought I should probably post this here in addition to the swap
list, since I'm not sure how many UKers are on the swap list. I
decided I want a MacBook Pro, and I can get one at an attractive
educational discount so I'm going to be selling every other bit of
Apple (& compatible) equipment I own beside the 15" Al PowerBook I'm
typing on and give up on my grand scheme of upgrading the Quicksilver
to a dual. Prices are negotiable to some extent. I'd rather sell
stuff here than on eBay just because some of it is probably a bit
specialised to make any money on over there...

B&W G3 350MHz/384MB/40GB/Rage 128 - a little worse for wear and
missing top handles but works fine - £30
1.5GB (3x512MB matched) Kingston PC133 'for Apple G4' - was in the

Inno3D GeForce 6800 Ultra AGP 256MB - flashed with Mac ROM, works
very well in the above G4 too! 425/1200MHz stock clocks & flashed
that way - really flies - not for MDD but it's the fastest card you
can possibly get in DA/QS/QS02 - £165
NEC ND-4550 DVD+/-RW (flashed with hacked ND-4551 firmware to enable
labelflash, un-region lock and remove riplock and allow bitsetting on
all + media - the fastest DVD-RW on the market - used very litte in
the above G4 - £32
Belkin F5D7000 PCI wireless card - the original Broadcom model that
is recognised & works fine as Airport Extreme under OS X - £20
PNY GeForce FX5200 PCI Dual VGA output - Flashed with Mac ROM.
Fastest and only Core Image capable card for a B&W/Yikes!, and the
only Core Image capable card for extra monitors in an AGP G4/G5- £35
5x9.1GB Seagate UltraSCSI 3.5" drives, 10krpm, SCA 80pin connectors -
£30 the lot
Adaptec 29160 Ultra 160 64-bit PCI SCSI card for Mac G3/G4 - £30
AG Neovo E-17 1280x1024 17" VGA TFT w/toughened, reflective glass
panel - a real treat for the eyes - CRT-like colour and very fast
response - £160
