Yes. Desktop resolution on the Windows box are 96dpi therefore a font that 
looks great on a Mac would be small on a PC and great on a PC are HUGE on a 
Mac.

Check out the properties of your display, then click on advanced and in the 
general tab you will see: Font Size: Small Fonts (drop down) below that is 
Normal size (96 dpi)
