How do you guys make these pages with thumbnails and links to full
size graphics? 
 


 

We wrote a PHP script to dynamically generate thumbnails, that way you
can add images to your hearts content with no extra effort.
 

I use iPhoto to do mine - then add in CSS to do the look. Still trying to
write a PHP script :(

If you have GD or ImageMagik on your server, Gallery works great--a 
suite of PHP scripts, at::

http://gallery.sourceforge.net

It makes REAL thumbnails, that are small in filesize as well as image 
size. If you simply downsize the full images in the image tags, you're 
not making it any easier for the viewer--you can just hope that everyone 
has DSL!
