Also, if you read through the document, it cannot be altered, translated or 
anything else.  This document has to
stay 'as is'.

The problem is that folks are not aware of nor use the Mini How-tos.  They
want and in some cases need handholding. That is, they want to think that
there is real technical support, not a bunch of 'hacks' that bond together 
sharing their knowledge of the program.  I've found that some folks will
actually go out and buy MS Office just to get the 'free' technical support 
so that they can get assistance.  

I will look at the document and comment, if necessary.
