I wrote a patch for experimental use of +Update Settings() in
salframe.cxx, like I di in aquacolors cws.

Disclaimer: some part are *not* working ( e.g. we cannot choose fonts
yet), but this is maybe not caused by the changes themselves, but by
missing functions.
We will discuss about the oportunity to use or not this feature later.
