Hi,
the recent focus patch allows us to finally run goodies/source/inv
test code with the keyboard.
I have identifed that there are problems after pushing the Esc key.
Window is closed and application is doing weird things.
This cleans it up. With this, i can properly exit the application.

Please review it. There is no Carbon code, it is pure OOo code and
should go into separate cws, not into aquavcl01.
