That's why we don't use bouncer at the moment an why You'll find a hint "You will be downloading the US English1 version of OpenOffice.org. You might be interested in the German version." on the head of: http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/index.html?focus=download At the moment we try to solve this problems in order to use bouncer for the German builts too.
