Indeed. Shaun did activate to make the build available for
download. You can grab it at
<http://termite.go-oo.org/MacPort2/builds/103/step-Install_Set/1>.
Be aware the download is about 250MB and contains both en-US and de
build.
I hope that the cws dba221a indeed was integrated but according to
EIS it should be. See

As of today morning EIS also states that it was integrated into
m16. So if m14 fails we still have a chance and can build m16.

OK, I tried the build from Shaun. That one failed on the same trap
after trying to open a table:
ppp20:/Applications/OpenOffice.org 2.2.app/Contents/MacOS/program
johan$ ./soffice

I also tried the build from Maho Nakata (F680_m15). Failed also.
I suppose I have to wait until m16 to see if the integrated stuff
really solves the problem.
