As James described, There is a problem running the testtool.
Can somebody confirm in issue

Security is not enabled in the Mac builds.

Can the test script be updated to include the Aqua build so it will exclude
this test or not be marked as a failure for this test. There was an issue that
addressed this problem, and I cannot remember the number at this time.

I will attempt to run the ooo_releasetests.sh for unix to see what else does
not pass.
