Hi!
With issue #79626# the 'testtool support' of the so called 'Aqua-Port'
has been reviewed and integrated into the "HEAD" of the qa/qatesttool
CVS project.
*** You should now be able to start now the testtool scripts in ***
*** your Aqua build on SRC680* without any mofifications to the ***
*** build or scripts (HEAD not 'ooo230' tagged!!!!) ***
SRC680 (2.4 and up)
There will be only _one version supported_ by the Automated GUI Testing
project and that will be the 'Aqua' version of Mac OS X and not the X11
in SRC680. We in the qa/qatesttool project (aka QA Automation) will
follow the mac-porting group (see:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Log_Mac_Meeting_18_July_2007)
to drop X11 from 2.4 on.

Feel free to modify the global scripts back in your environment
to test your Mac OS X:X11 SRC680 version.
OOG680 (2.3 and 2.3.x - if any .x)
The OOG680 will support out of the box only the X11 version on Mac OS X.
Why does it now work on the X11 version? (see comment from issue)
The Aqua-version has a flat structure like all 'real adopted' Mac OS X
applications and no 'program' dir anymore (at this time of the
development) and we can detect once the platform and have to decide what
to do next. The X11 version of Mac OS X has the UNIX structure like
Solaris, ... with the 'program'-directory.
...and...is there any need of an X11 build in 2.4? Hopefully not :-)
