They will be solved like any other build breakers during preparing
the milestones, build breakers will be P1.

AQUA only.
Anything wrt AQUA issue becomes a show stopper for each milestone?
Yes, by definition.
5. Hamburg RE provides PPC packages as well?
No.

Still vanilla builds have some problems.

Yes, this should be fixed as well. But more and more I think about
it, it should be fixed with "language packs as architecture
independent extensions" that user can install even to his own
directory...
