[mac] Default buttons to be in line with other Mac applications

I noticed that both Pages '08 and Thunderbird use similar, 
professional-Mac-looking toolbar-buttons/styles. Shouldn't the 
OpenOffice.org for Mac (Aqua) adopt this look? (I actually think that 
the Aqua build should adopt more of the Pages '08 looks and less of the 
MSO '97 looks for more areas of the program.) The current default style 
is kind of unprofessional and out of place, comparatively. I attached a 
small screenshot where the top program shows the Thunderbird toolbar, 
below it is a similar (but smaller) Pages toolbar, and below that is the 
out-dated-OS-mismatch OpenOffice.org toolbar.
