No.

It breaks almost randomly and doing several build takes huge ours,
so I think this is not a good idea, but ...

Yes.

If I remember correctly even it happened when I tried to build 10 languages at
a time.

and thanks for advice. Your idea helped me a lot. Now I'm rebuilding (again &
again :)).
I stopped the day before yeserday's build since I used jdk 1.5. Then I did a
clean
build again yesterday then failed at language eu.

Now I noticed that I can restart from language eu by:

% setenv WITH_LANG "eu fa fi fr ga gl gu-IN he hi-IN hr hu it ja ka km kn-IN ko
ku lo lt lv mk ms ml-IN mr-IN ne nb nl nn nr ns or-IN pa-IN pl pt pt-BR ru rw
sk sl sh-YU sr-CS ss st sv sw sw-TZ sx te-IN ti-ER ta-IN th tn tr ts tg ur-IN
uk ve vi xh zh-CN zh-TW zu"
% cd instsetoo_native ; build

Now building language fi without removing existing .dmgs of following languages.
> af ar as-IN be-BY bg bn bn-BD bn-IN br bs ca cs cy da de dz
> el en-GB en-US en-ZA eo es et

And, solenv/inc/postset.mk contains all languages iso codes in completelangiso.
This list seems to be not synced with what actually exists sometimes, though.

thanks,
