OOps, I posted wrong info
The tip is to create YOUR_LOCALE.lproj directory in the bundle, in
Contents/Resources exactly.
The process:
Right click on the OpenOffice.org 2.4 bundle, and go into Contents -> Resources
Create a folder named " fr_FR.lproj
Sorry, seems to be fr.lproj ( I prefer use French.lproj myself )
Then restart OpenOffice.org and it should work.
