IF it is, then it isn't user prefs, it would make it application level
prefs.
Is it sun's build that you are using?
1. Is this going to be the default location in the future?
2. Will future upgrades preserve the user settings since they are
now in the App. folder rather than the Library or will I have to
back them up first?
3. Can I just copy my old users folder to the new location or do I
have to just copy specific folders within it?
