As OOo doesn't use po files: What files are you referring to?
If I'm not wrong, Martin is referring to the system. A mordern
Operating System like Mac OS X is able to translate common strings,
without the need to use the heavy translation machine OpenOffice.org
does provide ...
And some times ago, I explained the tip to have the native FilePicker
and the native print dialog bob to ba localized "automagically".
Was : create $(locale).lproj in <install_dir>/Contents/Resources
folder.
e.g. French.lproj or fr.lproj works fine for French.
I think I have all the infos to create that, and I think I can help
(but later, not today ;-) ).
Else, we could use what we did for fondu, long times ago ( I just
have to retrieve all the stuff )
