Greetings: Not filing as bugs in case it's a dev beta thing, but just so you know:
OOo_Dev_DEV300_m11_MacOSXPowerPC_install_en-GB.dmg (because no US yet) won't copy the preferences and configs of previous versions but you must start from scratch. Also crashes if you try to launch it by dragging a RTF doc's icon on the OOo icon.
