As there has been an issue of getting community members there, we have

I can't see why "remote participation" might be looked on as a handicap.
Here in NYC's massive Javits Convention center, they hold huge
assemblies with half the attendees and speakers participating via screen
projectors and mobile video surrogates for up personal "face-to-face"
intermingling. Tokyo and Hong Kong seem to be leading the way in this.
Save the air fare and your punch out time and get Sun guys to tote your
video remotes around the floor! I mean you guys ARE supposed to be
"cutting edge," aren't you??
