The point is not Maho does or not provide builds, the point is Maho
claimed some times ago he does not add patches in his builds. And
this is not the case here for the current PowerPC builds.
We all agree the only reason to provide such milestones is for QA.
But it does not make sense to do QA using builds made with modified
sources (means not vanilla). Nothing else.
These are developer builds anyway, not production releases.
Moreover these are the builds as they are currently in the master.
About provide all milestones: Maho's site is well known, and people
consider all milestones as releases, what is obviously wrong, and
leads to a bad reputation for Aqua version.
Some milestones are probably even mirored on some sites :-/
I think the public milestones should be aligned with dev snapshots
(if I remember Joost does not provide all milestones) + add a green
light from the Macport e.g. during IRC meetings.
Maybe another possibility could be to upload the other somewhere
else, to allow QA by real QA people (means people who know things can
be broken) ?
But I can be wrong, and I'd like to discuss all the points above.
