I know this is not the issue here, but JRE in not-localizable (Sun only
provides some localizations, community cannot add other ones) so it is very
questionable to add a non-localizable package to a OOo localized build (at
least for languages that aren't supported by JRE like Slavic languages). I
think Sun should be pressured to localize or allow localization of JRE by
the community, but that would be possible after they change the licensing
etc.
