When I print a writer document in landscape mode, the printed page is
offset 1/8" to the top and 1/8" to the right from what is set in page
format. This does not occur in portrait mode.
This is a regression since it worked fine in OO.o 3.0 & 3.0.1. The same
problem occurs in OO.o 3.1.1
(OOO310m12).
