Syncro Soft Announces New Release of <oXygen/> XML Editor, Schema Editor and XSLT Debugger. Release date: January 18, 2005 Syncro Soft Ltd, the producer of <oXygen/> XML Editor, has announced the immediate availability of Version 5.1 of its XML Editor, Schema Editor and XSLT Debugger. Version 5.1 of the XML Editor adds as main features folding, code templates, better Relax NG support, Schematron validation and the possibility to use MSXML and XSLTProc as XSLT transformers. New in version 5.1: <oXygen/> XML Editor adds a new source folding feature that allows collapsing and expanding elements leaving in the focus only the ones you need to edit. The folds are persistent: the next time you will open the document the folds are restored to the last state so you can continue to work from where you left. The Model View has now support for Relax NG. The content completion based on a Relax NG schema has been reimplemented to offer a similar support with the one based on XML Schema or DTD. Now the content completion offers context sensitive proposals and handles also attribute values. The user can define document fragments that can be reused while editing. <oXygen/> comes with a large number of ready-to use templates for XSL and XML Schema improving the productivity and usability. The validation feature was enhanced by adding Schematron support. <oXygen/> can validate XML documents using Schematron schemas and XML Schemas or Relax NG Schemas that contain embedded Schematron rules. Also it includes editing and validation support for Schematron schemas. This version also add support for MSXML 3.0/4.0/.NET and XSLTProc transformers and a lot of other features.
