We're seeing consistent reports of MacFUSE not loading into the 64-bit
Snow Leopard kernel - the traces look roughly like this

11/07/09 3:13:09 PM     com.apple.kextd[10]     Failed to load /
Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs/Support/fusefs.kext - (libkern/kext)
link error.
11/07/09 3:13:09 PM     [0x0-0x48048].com.expandrive.ExpanDrive2
[900]   /Library/Filesystems/fusefs.fs/Support/fusefs.kext failed to
load - (libkern/kext) link error; check the system/kernel logs for
errors or try kextutil(8).
11/07/09 3:13:09 PM     ExpanDrive[900] MacFUSE could not be loaded
into the kernel.
