Key requirements include: Data analysis Data mappings Strong SQL skills Business Requirements Documents (BRD’s) - Experience in researching and writing business requirements specifically used by designers and developers. Comprehensive understanding and direct experience with defining metadata, reference data, data quality standards, and data quality metrics, along with using data management tools. Ability to document policy, standards, and procedures. Process Flows Experience writing test case scenarios; provides assistance in building test cases. Experience within a banking or financial services environment is a plus Samples of documents written (BRD, SRS, Process flow, etc.) may be needed.
