Saw this on another list and found it helpful with knowing what groups
my address names are in.

Group management made easy in Address Book

The Address Book makes it easy to create groups for your
entries. But, in the past, the only way to find out which groups
you've added an individual to, you had to review each list. Now,
Apple has made it easy - just select the individual or company
name and press the [option] key. When you do, the Address Book
highlights each of the groups the entry belongs to.
