Can someone tell me what an FPA notice is? And Section 9?
Am I being singled out, or is every eBay user now required to submit a copy
of their driver's license?
I have purchased on eBay, but not frequently. I can't imagine that they
have a copy of the driver's license of every user, and I don't know if I
want them to have mine.
