10 GB ethernet has been announced for Mac OS-X  (currently the built in 
ethernet tops out at 1 Gb)

But they are expensive (buy now drive the prices down so that later on 
I can afford them !!!!!!! really big smile).


Wireless firewire though is more distant, as I mentioned it is on the
