Thank you!  I had set that to 500 rows, so I increased it, but I also 
explored the other menu settings.  I found under 'Window', that I had 
the form set as 'page view'.  When I un-clicked that setting, all my 
data appeared on a longer form. (insert sound -sigh of great relief-)
