If you want to transfer the data in your existing speadsheet to the
database, it's not too tough. Do a "Save As" selecting the "text"
option for document type. Then, select the "Open" command. A window
will appear, and there you'll choose the database as the type of
document you want and select ASCI Text as the type of document you're
wanting to import into the database. Select the document you exported
from the SS, and click "Open." You may need to name the fields
manually, and you'll probably want to check the formatting of each of
the fields. But overall, it's a quick process.
