Anybody have any idea why, when I click on a link in Entourage that is webpage pdf file, it opens in QuickTime within Safari and I can only read the first page of the document? I am running Tiger. While I would prefer that it open in Adobe Reader 7.0.2, I can live with Preview. I tried all the Preference settings on all 3 programs to no avail.
