The book of the day arrived Monday :) The first read was seven continuos hours, could not put it down. Like most, I've worked in LAB mode, but not in this manner. An amazing bleeding edge book that is basic thru the first five chapters?enough for most novices?then the serious mind bending begins. Fifteen minute color correction can be done in basic LAB Color in less than a minute. The results are stunning! I took another photographers original of a problem image that he had literally invested hours in editing, and did a superior Lab Color edit in less than a minute. I will be doing a LAB Color workshop at UK first quarter 06. Possibly one at EKU late this Fall...jf
