I suppose different programs use slightly different methods, but 
usually you will find a "check box" that ask you to check if you want 
the item added to you keychain. Now that you have already created many 
passwords and did not add them at the time you logged on, in Panther 
when you open the keychain window there is a "key" at the upper left 
top that has "password" underneath.  If you click on that you can 
manually add a site by completing the boxes.
