It can take some time, but I've managed to automate much of it. I have a well-updated SpamAssassin to catch and label almost all the spam. I also have software to look for viruses and spyware. It's been suggested that I shouldn't bother with virus and other malware scanning because this is a Mac list and viruses are a Windows problem. "Let them reap the rewards of their lifestyle."
