Last December, I was helping my dad set up a new Insight account on his new iMac (10.4). We experienced the identical problem you named. Called Insight. They talked me through a change in settings, and it worked just fine and has ever since. Problem is, I can't recall what they had me do. Just wanted you to know that there's the possibility nothing's wrong with Mail and perhaps you need to talk to a different Insight technical support person. Milt
