Interesting. New features and lower price. I noted Apple is touting
tight integration with iWork and iLife; probably aiming at serious
amateurs. However, the very high system requirements remain.
I never migrated to Aperture when it was made available; very high
price and my, then, system was not capable of running it. I have used
Photoshop Lightroom since beta (it ran fine on my 'old' dual G4 and
older video card) and have been very pleased. It is the mainstay of my
photographic workflow and will remain so.
In this case, for me, Apple made it was too much too soon.
