I do know that you have to have a real strong signal for the phone and
touch wifi chip to work good.

It can mess up the software that runs the wifi chip.

Thanks, Ed,yes I did the shutting down a number times. The funny thing
was that I was in my wi-fi network all the time, everything  was turned
on and I could get on the Web easily. It just did not want to turn the
edge symbol loose. But then way late at night it righted itself. Why?
Only the gods know.

Subject: [MacGroup] iPhone puzzle

 

Can somebody clue me in: Somehow my iPhone only shows the AT&T  "e"
network at the top of my iPhone. here at home where it always shows  did
show my my airport  antenna like sign. I seem to be able to access
everything on the internet, but this seems odd . Can I not get any wi-fi
anymore anywhere else?
