hmm, that's a hard question. I'd say the most used applications I have, aside from mail and safari would be iBank and 1Password. Love them.
as for what program I would want? not really sure. I tend to buy programs if I want them. I WOULD consider buying a good fitness tracking program if I could find one that I like (that fits my needs). Rick ps. I almost forgot (because it's that darn good): Quicksilver. By far the best application on my Mac. Mostly because of all it does and the fact that I don't even think of it being there. It's just as if it's a part of the OS to me now. I HATE using someone else's Mac or a Windows machine and finding that ctrl + spacebar doesn't do what I want it to.
