Has anyone heard of this problem? I recently download both a ged.com file (genealogy related) and a pdf file, but cannot pull up either. By the way, I have upgraded to Snow Leopard... Here is the situation:
My genealogy program, Reunion, is acting weird. I have tried to create a new family file and it tells me it can't because I have an invalid format, and then crashes. I have been working with the manufacturer of Reunion doing what they have told me. Now they are telling me it is my system and to try and create a new user to try it again. What will this accomplish? I downloaded a pdf from an email message sent to me. By the way, I use gmail. When I tried to view the pdf attachment on Google docs it came up blank. I downloaded it and it was also blank on my Adobe Reader. I upgraded to the latest reader, 9.3, and am having the same problem. Could there be a problem with the way my system is download files? Nora
