call ATT. We went to Spain last year and for $5.95 a month we could make
and receive call. It's like a dollar a minute (give or take depending on
which countries you are visiting).

Once back in the states you can stop the fee for traveling.

In Spain, I was able to use my cell phone from the subway!!!!
