Has anyone had problems getting Kirpisoft to work?

Harry,

I'll look into NeoOffice. What I'm really looking for is an inexpensive desktop 
publishing program that can be used to submit work to a commercial digital 
printer.

Also must have PC version. I see where NeoOffice has OpenOffice.

Obviously I don't know what I'm doing.
