Hello Bridge buddies,

Can you believe it? 2014 is well under way and January has come and gone.
It is said time flies when you are having fun, but I think time flies even if
you are not having fun.

February is chock full of holidays. Today is Groundhog’s Day, the 14th is
Valentine’s Day, and President’s Day is the 17th.

In addition to the above it’s National Grapefruit month (which is celebrated by
sourpusses the country over :-) ) and National Twit Month. I won't bore you
with the rest.

This month couples bridge will be hosted by Nancy and Tom Groves. We will
gather at their house (address and directions below) at 6:30 pm on Friday,
February 21 (appropriately "Card Reading Day”).

(Remember, the group decided to meet at 6:30 p.m. during the dark evenings of
eastern standard time).

The Groves have room for 4 tables.

If you plan to attend please reply to Nancy <[email protected]> no later
than Tuesday, February 18.

Let her know if you will bring table snacks, appetizers, or desserts.

Please do not reply to me.
