I use LastPass instead of 1Password. It's free and does most of the same stuff. The reasons I use LastPass are: • Did I mention it's free? • It will sync between Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS. (The iOS version isn't free.) • They do encryption right in the sense that all the encryption is done locally and data is sent into the cloud already encrypted so not even the NSA can read your LastPass vault. • It's continually being updated and improved. • It's open source, so anyone with the time and skill can make sure they are really doing what they say they are doing.
