PowerChute is not a normal application; it is a Unix daemon. This is why you 
can’t  find all of it in your Applications folder. APC no longer makes 
PowerChute for Mac, but you can still find downloads of it around. Download the 
installer and run the uninstall script. Try here for a download

By the way, APC stopped making it because the smarts to talk to a UPS are now 
baked into OS X by Apple.
