We have been getting TW Phone+Internet for years. (We don't get cable TV.) I have found them to be very reliable and their tech support has been knowledgeable — for the most part. The speeds are nearly always at or above what they promised. The only problem I've had with them is their phone/router/WiFi box has terrible firmware. It's a box made by Arris into which they've installed custom firmware. I struggled with it for months. Once I convinced them to let me use my own cable modem and router for the Internet side of things, all became well. The reason we still get a landline phone connection from them is the phone+Internet bundle is about the same price as Internet alone.
